CCMS hosts this annual dinner to recognize, thank, and honor all physicians in Chester County for their unwavering support, care, and concern for their patients, their ongoing contributions to their chosen profession, and their steadfast adherence to both the science and compassionate art of medicine, which protects us all. Our event is open to all physicians in Chester County, whether or not they are members of our Society.

As in previous years, the format for our dinner includes a sponsor cocktail reception, dinner stations, a formal program agenda, and an interesting, educational Keynote Speaker.​ This year, we are focusing on fun! We have chosen Merrick Rosenberg, a New Jersey local but world lecturer, to speak to us about communicating better and motivating others by understanding personality styles.

Merrick started his second company, Take Flight Learning in 2012. He is the author of 8 award-winning books about tapping into the power of personality, including the Taking Flight!” & “The Chameleon”. He has worked with more than two-thirds of the Fortune 100 companies and has been a TED Talk lecturer. Under Merrick’s leadership as CEO of Take Flight Learning, his company has been selected as the New Jersey Business of the Year by NJ Biz magazine and has repeatedly been named one of the Fastest Growing Companies and Best Places to Work by the Philadelphia Business Journal. Merrick is also an award-winning filmmaker, as his personality style movie, Bird Brains, Inc., has won 23 film festival awards, including 4 for Best Short Film of the Year. And did we mention that his personality styles’ definitions revolve around 4 different birds? An owl, a dove, a parrot, and an eagle? Find out which one you are!
