Please register early to ensure your ticket. You may sign up for a foursome or we will help coordinate one for you. Deadline to register is July 1, 2025. The CCMS Golf Outing is limited to physicians only. Non-Members who opt to join CCMS at the time of the Golf event will receive a $50 credit towards their membership for 2025 at the $300 ticket price. Tickets are non-refundable.
